We had a great stay at Ideal Commuter House. The location was perfect, just next to the train station, making it easy for us to travel to both the airport and Edinburgh. The house was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Although there were a few minor issues, such as a faulty fridge, John, the contact person, was incredibly helpful and promised to fix it. His prompt communication before and during our stay made us feel well taken care of. I would recommend this place for its convenience and cleanliness.

Title: Great location, but everything else.
I just loved the damaged couch, dangerous coffee table, broken doors, constant toilet waterfall, messy garden, and oh, the delightfully cheap cutlery and towels! Totally worth £700 for 5 days!

The location was so clutch, right next to the train station for easy trips to Edinburgh and the airport. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was hella fast, so we could all be on our phones at the same time, sharing memes and finding cool events nearby. It was the perfect base for our adventures!
That there wasn't a party room where we could turn up the music and dance all night. It would have been dope to have a dedicated space for some epic party moves.

Title: Excellent Location, Less Than Ideal Everything Else
The couch was the perfect combination of uncomfortable and unusable, the coffee table could double as a death trap, and the toilet never seemed to stop running. But hey, at least the towels felt like sandpaper!

I recently stayed at Ideal Commuter House in Livingston for a short trip. The location was perfect, right next to the train station but far enough to avoid any noise from the trains. The inside of the hotel was clean and well-maintained. What really stood out was the excellent service provided by John. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, contacting us before our arrival to provide all the information we needed and being available throughout our stay to answer any questions. The hotel's proximity to both the airport and Edinburgh made it a convenient choice for travel.
